Outdated unresolved uif claims

The level of bad service we get from the department of labour is really unacceptable! I app**** for the unemployment insurance fund end of Dec 2022 via their online portal, submitted all the required and necessary docs for my claim to be approved and paid,fast forward to 2024 after countless and fruitless follow ups still my claim is not resolved.i logged several complaints and escalation with the department,even went to one of their branches in Sandton and still I was told to wait as my claim was escalated for approval. 2 years later I'm still waiting and I haven't received any fruitful feedback to date, I have exhausted all my options and I just don't know what to do in order to get my funds.
