Orlando Department of Labour - UIF Claims is the WORST EVER!!!

I have been ill since beginning of October, therefore have not had an income SINCE! I app**** for UIF on the 19th December when I was out of hospital and still have not had any payout, nor any feedback. Instead, I when to check on the 15th January and was told that ALL OF A SUDDEN, I was missing a document on my application (the UI19), which I then submitted AGAIN with no dismay. The lady then told me that I need to allow them 10 days and my money would be in... DOLOLO! As advised, I went back again yesterday, to total utter BULL because the man wouldn't even punch my ID number into the system to check, instead just took it, opened it and closed it again, telling me that all December applications were delayed and I just needed to be patient. Little did this man know that I knew someone that works at Labour and had asked them to check this for me last week and was informed by this person that another document was now suddenly missing, the UI2.8. Knowing this, I pleaded with this man to at least take my ID number and check if anything's missing on my application, but he refused and told me to allow more time!

I have now been to Maponya and a lady who woks there (Nonhlanhla) was kind enough to check for me (even though it should have been Orlando) and was told that indeed the UI2.8 was missing. I then went to the bank (regardless of my health's condition) and had the form filled and submitted.

I'm in awe at how our goverenment's officials total disregard helping fellow citizens who depend on this money, just because they have a salary waiting for them each month, whether that are productive or not! Our families are going hungry because of people who don't want to wor****! WORST OF ALL, the day I submitted my application, the genlteman helping me didn't do his job well because he was too focused courting me and trying to convince me to be his girlfriend and now I have to suffer and go hungry! For all I know, he might even be messing with my information as he even reached out on socail media for his personal reasons, but wouldn't lend a helping hand when I ask about the money!

If I don't get a response to this, I definitely will take further measures about this case!
