On the 5th of August 2022 I went to labour Randburg branch to apply for maternity uif. After 2 months I went back to enquire because I didn't receive any sms or phone call, that's where they told me I have an overpayment they will raise it and pay the outstanding , but that did not happen, 2022 passed no feedback. 2023 I called thier call center no success, I called thier office because I was told not to come I must just call them the will give me feedback but still, is over 1 year and months today, running up and down for delayed payments, poor service and lack of communication. What's the way forward to escalate the matter because randburg branch failed me for 1 year 4 months now
