offline for the last three weeks no answer

I have been trying to get hold of the UIF office call center to follow up on my maternity claim for the last 3 weeks, the call center doesnt answer the phones and the days they do answer their phones they claim to be offline,I wish I knew or any one knew what they do all day at that call center cause they are getting paid for doing nothing this is really bad as this is someones money people that work hard and contribute the UIF on time and when it comes to payment to be made out the UIF office cannot make payments on time, just another useless government office
