I am writing to convey my serious unhappiness and concern regarding Thato Lempete's unprofessional actions at Prime Africa Security. In Maponya Mall, she works under the Department of Labour. I believe it is critical to bring this to your attention in order for proper action to be taken.

I had to take care of a really urgent situation, and since I had to go so far, I hadn't arrived until approximately 10:30 in the morning. I went to the UIF employment and labor department because I needed help. When I arrived, I greeted the employee and explained my situation. She asked, "You need help from that department, but you just showed up at this time?," which shocked me because she didn't know why I had come at that time. She then went on to say that if you have any questions about the UIF employment and labor department, I should get there early to join the que. My next question was, "Can I just get information if I can access what I need on their portal? " She rep**** that not only could I not make any inquiries, but I also needed to arrive early. I then requested her to please call management and see if they could help, and she stated she would leave her workstation to find management for me. My query was going to be for management to tell me where it says I need to get up early in the morning for any inquiries under the department. Where does it say that in their contract? And how does Thato obtain the information? Having employees that are unprofessional and mean to clients. I was mortified and embarrassed by how that lady assisted me; I was astounded by Thato's impolite behavior in dismissing me to attend to another person although I had not received the assistance I required. I find it difficult to imagine that you would knowingly hire such obnoxious and unprofessional security. I believe you will take the appropriate steps, or your brand's reputation will suffer. I would also like an apology with how I was treated.
