I went to do my maternity claim on the 1st July end of August I was going for the 3rd time to inquire. First time they asked me to attach a birth certificate, second time they said I they need a letter because there's a name change in the company I worked for. The third time I went with the letter and they said it should take 3 weeks.

On the 1st September someone called me and said they lost my documents I need to resubmit. I asked if they will need a doctor's stamp again they said if I have the child's birth certificate I don't need to submit it. Today I went and submitted they sent me back for the doctor's stamp. On all these occasions when they tell me what is missing I'm the one that has to go to and ask. No communication was done on their side except the phone call with false information. Their service is terrible
