not taking accountability

I am Sebenzile Ndaba from Nigel for maternity Ulf since October 2015 which now is February 2015 and I'm even back at work but my payment is still not yet to be finalised, the Nigel branch manager Reuben Madonsela he is clearly in the wrong post you know on the 17/02/2016 which was yesterday Iwent to that branch angry and irritated and the lady lindy claasens took care of the matter called the head office while I was there resolved the matter before I leave and she promised she'll do her best for me to get the payment before the 10th day period and honestly thatwoman made sure start I get out of there happy.then today I was still waiting for her confirmation of the payment since promised to send to me even when she didn't mean what she said but at least she me made feel like I matter and she realise that they have done me wrong, today I called they're office the manager which is Reuben Madonsela he's rude and doesn't care about they agonypeople go through its been 5 months I'm dealing with this matter and he proudly said its not his problem that I have waited so long I must wait 10 days period as the sms say and there isnothing he candowill not take accountability his words exactly
