Not Responding to any queries

I have been trying to get a hold of the UIF offices to sfind out how far my UIF application is, firstly these people does not pick up their phones nor do they respond to emails. I initially submitted my application via Ufiling on 29 April this was forwarded to the Assessor and it has been stuck there ever since. I got a hold of them once and they told me that the UI-19 is not yet captured on their side even though i've send through the documents 10 times already. My wife tried to phone them every single day but they do not pick up their phones. I went to the branch in Atlantis and submitted it manually so that the information can be captured so that they can finalise my application but to date nothing is happening. I really need the money and would appreciate it if they can look into this matter urgently
