Not receiving my UIF claim since Feb 2015:

I was dismissed by my previous company on the 2nd of February 2015. I got all my necessary documentation together and took my claim to UIF for the first time on the 20th of February 2015. Since then I was told to come back in a months time, which I did and I was told that my claim was not yet authorised and that I must come back in two weeks time. I have been going backwards and forwards to the UIF office since then, with the same answer everytime. Then on the 29th of Sep 2015, D.J. that assisted me and informed that the reason for the No authorisation was that my previous company was still paying UIF and that the file cannot be closed to pay me until they stop. I proved that I have not been back at the company as I got new employment with another company in Midrand since 17 April 2015. He then informed me that he will get his claims Dept to close the file and I should give him three weeks until 16/10/2015, upon which I will get an sms to say that I can bring in my docs to be finalised and I will get my payment asap. It has been 10 weeks later and I keep on phoning and the phones don't work or are not answered. When I get through he tells me it has not been sorted as yet.
