Not paying out my UIF

I am currently looking fir work to support myself and stay alive<br> I have put in my uif claim over 3 months ago.<br> There is nothing wrong with my documents they just don't pay my money out.<br> I need to pay rent I need to buy food I need to pay my debts they are making life difficult at the moment and I think the service of the head office in Germiston is pathetic.<br> I need it!! It is my money after all why do they take so long.
