Not helpful for over a year

Good day,<br> <br> I have been waiting for my UIF funds since 2014 August till today, I have submitted all required documents but still the department of labour has not given me my money... I am a single mother who needs that money so bad to pay school fees. Kindly help retrieve this money, as I have been the countless times with no assistance.
