NOT HAPPY AT ALL SERVICE IS BAD

Can the labor department of kempton park fix their issues with their land line or find an alternative number to contact them every time when calling them on ***/*** does not go through and we really need their help urgently

i know that they have load shedding but off course they can still have an alternative number because even their whats app i number you like talking to a robot and it really annoying because you end up not being helped I app**** for my uif 2 moths ago but still have received it i have been going there ever since and still come back with nothing yesterday i went back to check what is really going then they told me that 1 company is delaying with a confirmation i tried getting help from the company and found that the manager there will send them that letter the lady name PRECIOUS CHAUKE was assisting me she even gave me her email address but to my surprised the email is not spell correctly because the email keeps bouncing back to me and stating that email did not go through now the frustration I'm having i have trying to call their umber *** / 9301 since 8am oclock morning to get to speak at least with precious their number is not answered how do i get the assistance if their lines are not working>????

I'm really not happy about this and on Monday i need to go back again that's money we using to sit by the Labor Department and its been 2 month all the people i claimed with have received their money but I'm still stuck in here PLEASE CAN I BE ASSISTED WITH PRECIOUS CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS IN KEMPTON PARK ITS REALLY TOO MUCH NOW,
