Not getting a good service

This now the 2nd time I have a problem with Vereeniging Labour centre. The last time I submitted my UIF payment form on the 15 of March and waiting for 2 months for payment. When u even complain no one seem to attend our complain within their level service agreement. They are really giving a pathetic service. It's either they are always offline or theres no electricity. I have submitted my UIF claim form again on the 13th of May but still haven't received payment as yet. We were told that it takes them 10 days for us to receive payments. It's heart breaking and sad that our government officials are failing us. If that's how long we need to wait for our money then I don't see any necessity for UIF deductions on our pay slips. Please let's fix SA guys. The way we are treated it's not right. Even when one calls them for a feedback no one seem to attend to our complaints urgently. What happened to BATHO PELE principle
