Not enough staff

Today was my third day going to submit my maternity forms. I am very angry that I had to sit there for a long time only to be told at 15:45 and i was there at 11:00 that they are closed. What really ****es me off is I had to miss going to breastfeed my daughter at the hospital because I wanted to be done today and shift all my focus to her. There was one person helping from 13:00 and the question was long. Than the second one came 14:00 which didn't make a difference in the movement of the que. Around 14:45 the other staff started helping but it was late because it takes time to attend to each individual. Nobody told us they will put tools down even if there were still people sitting. Coming there everyday is money which we do not have. Money that we are trying to claim. I mean why don't you just hire people they are looking for jobs, you say there is no jobs meanwhile we suffer in ques. I wasted another day. Give people who want to work jobs.
