Not doing their jobs

Goodday,<br> <br> Whom it may concern:<br> <br> I was retrenched on the 2nd of July 2014, I went the same day to UIF Vereeniging, to submit my claim, and they send me to get all the necessary<br> documents, which I got and I took it back to UIF Vereeniging Branch the next day, they told me I must submit it online which I did, after a while I did not hear<br> anything from UIF, on the 10th July i went back to UIF Vereeniging to submit,so after a numerous calls, UIF Head Office told me to my Claim is been submitted <br> I must go to UIF Vereeniging to sign, I went there sit in the queue for 3 days from 6 in the morning till 4 in the afternoon. They told me I must go back on the <br> 20 Feb 2015 to sign and when I got there ,they told me my Claim must be RE-Submitted and I must go back on the 23 March 2015, I phoned UIF Head Office and they told me that Vereeniging<br> haven't even accessed my claim yet 02 March 2015, I phoned UIF Vereeniging again and ask them what is going on, they told me they did send it in, so I phoned again<br> this morning, 6 March 2015 and they told me my Claim is Refused because it wasn't submitted within 6 months, I must go back to UIF Vereeniging<br> to appeal, and I must sit in that queue again for
