Not being payed

I app**** for my UIF benefits on the 25.08.2015 at the Department of Labour in Rustenburg, I was told to come back on the 08.10.15 and I was told my <br> application had not been approved yet and was told to be back on the 12.11.15, I was then reffered to the supervisor who had to perform some function to sort out the problem with my application, the Supervisor told me that I would receive payment after 10 days and to come back on the 10.12.15, 10 days passed and I had not received any Money, I went back on the 10th December 2015 and after spending more than 8 hours standing in line like usual, I was told that I will be receiving my last payment and asked how that was possible if I have not received anything before and the lady who was assisting me started saying so many things and I even started getting confused myself like the look on Her face, telling me about my bank account maybe not working and I am certain it does cause I even called my bank to make sure it was even though I've been using it all along.<br> <br> She then told me that they only payed the money on that day which was the 10.12.15 and I would receive it in two days and have come back next Year the 8th January 2016.Nothing.
