NOT ABLE TO ASSIST

i called the department on the call centre number to assist me. they broke into our house and i lost my diary with my login name and password. i want them to assist me but the lady on the other side were not able to help. i have been sending emails since 24 march 16 to the support but with no response. i need to reset all as i have to enter my details as i became unemployed due to the company dismissed me and now i cannot access the online portal
