Nonsense service

Lorraine Mashele, Tshegofatso and many others at the call centre had an issue with me requesting a manager and everytime they would place me on hold then cum my call have app**** for my claim it's 2 months now there is no progress or change in anything call after call, escalation after escalation with no luck this one will say this the next will say that. This is by far the worse experience anything that has to do with government is nonsense to be honest
