NON PAYMENTS

It has been 11 weeks since I have submitted the relevant documentation but when I go to a follow up I get told that my documents were not submitted. I have been there twice and I am told the story will even get these funds cause clearly the response I am getting does not make sense as I have already submittrd everuthing. I am so frustated by this unnecessary delay as this has caused some companies to hand me over. I just wish people would do their jobs properly.
