Non payment of UIF claims with no explanation

Been waiting for my January and February pay... I'm still sitting on Submitted. Went to the centre they couldn't help. Call centre can't help. Number of supervisors can't help including Brighton Ndlovu who just left me on a call on hold didn't assist me with nothing. Sent emails to Francois, Jane, Cindy and everyone I could get but also no one bothers to help. I don't know how they expect us to live and provide for our kids. I'm super disappointed and would like a proper channel to lodge a complaint where I will be taken serious.
