Non payment of UIF

Hi, I went on pension in October 2020. I registered for my UIF payment in November 2020 at the Alberton office. The people there were very diligent & I received my case no: *** on the 08th December 2020. I received my first payment on 08th January 2021. Then no payment in February 2021. I contacted UIF Complaints & I was paid on the 18th March 2021. Came April i did not get payed again as 18 April 2021 was on a Sunday. I have tried to contact the UIF but to no avail. you cannot use any of the email addresses as they are not being used. You are told to use a telephone no which is always engaged. it is just not working. I am owed 3 months of pension money which I am entitled to as I have never claimed UIF in my entire life. If you owe the Goverment money they will see that you pay them every cent owed. but the other way around they want to get out of paying the citizen what is due. is this system that is being used also not working anymore? How *********** is all the Goverment departments? A person really does not know what to do about anything that concerns this Goverment Departments. just a waste of time they are. what can I say!
