Non payment of UIF

This is a general complaint from all who are registered at the Boksburg branch of the UIF offices. People were told last month (May) that the Department of Labour went over onto a new IT system and thus no monies are being paid. This month it's said that this is not true and that payments were not approved. In the meantime no payments are made and unemployed people wait up to 5 months for monies to be paid. This is unacceptable as these people do not have any finances to live from and no expectancy of employment.
