Non payment of UIF

Hi had been to Department of Labour a serval times now,I haven't been working for almost a year now.In the first vife months I couldn't find work then it wasn't going so good any more,I decided to claim uif before the six month period,but anyway it was August then and I have been back there maybe 10 times or more,sitting in the que every time waiting to be helped.You bring all your documents they asked for and when you come back the next time then you needed something else or something is wrong again.I was there today again and they said I must come back on 17 Desember,still they can't tell me if my documens is aproofed or not,but they allso can't tell me if I'll get any money in this year,for a year long now I had to borrow money from friends and familly and for all the times I had to drive up and down.I believe this will be the worst festive season ever I had.I still hope and believe I will get something before Chrismas,but I doubt that.At the moment I am not feeling very good,that's why I feel to complain.Is it really worth trying.I hope the people who has got their money yet,will have a wonderfull Christmas.....Sorry I can't take it anymore.
