Non payment failier to send docs and bad service.

I went on maternity leave 5 months ago, I submitted my paperwork etc a month into it and I never got any feedback, every time I called I got the same response \their lines are busy call back later"upon calling back I get transferred to three people only to receive the same response of \""please call back\"" I once got a response saying \""when the money is in you will know\"" I have been at work for nearly two months and finally get through to someone and he informs me that they didn't submit all the documentation!!! this is a complete and utter disgrace I cannot believe how sloppy the standards of working and helping people have become I am sitting in unpaid debt because I never received this money and now I hear this? this is completely unacceptable!
