Non payment

I have app**** for my uif benefits after my termination in June the 26 2020 and app**** on ufiling because of the lockdown as the all the government offices were closed, and I still haven't received my payments even though the status on my ufiling application says sent to paymaster, I went to the nigel labour center several times they say that they cant find my application but when I check it on ufiling it appears. I have sent many emails and called even the head offices nobody is prepared to help me.
