Non - Payment

<p>I was requested to submit a UI 13 form which was submitted on the 24/6/16 & confirmation was provided that the documents were received and my UIF payment for the month of June will be done within 7-10. It is now 20 days later and no payment has been received. The claim form for July has also been submitted and still no payment has been received. Kindly note that i am not the only person affected by the inefficiency of the payment department and this is causing a huge financial stress on many of us having the same problem. No one is in a position to provide feedback on the delay, with one centre blaming the other for non-payment.</p> <p> </p>
