Non existent service

I submitted for unemployment benefit on the 7 January. Almost 2 months still no approval. Status is on sent to assessor ever since I submitted. What's the point of having ufiling if it doesn't work? Call center keeps lying that they escalating... Are people who have health issues expected to go an stand in long queues to get what's owed to them? Pathetic system.
