Non existent and unnecessarily prolonged payout

I submitted my UIF claim documents on the 30 March 2021. I was advised to wait for 20 working days. I called using my own airtime to make a follow up and was given Case No : ***. Nothing happened and after almost 3 months of waiting I made another long call and I was given a different case number C***. Why? Can somebody explain to why a straight forward claim can take so long to process and assess and review and all the other big words that they throw at me to try and sound professional. To them I am just a case number and not an individual that is trying her monies that she has been contributing without being given a choice during all these years.
