non compliant staff at labour centres and they have no compassion for people

i have app**** for my ters benefits on the 29th of may 2020 to date i have recieved not a single cent from them apparently they have lost my physical hardcopy forms i then did it on ufiling which is also to no avail my employer did so in aug she was rejectected and i saw on the ufiling that the assesor took over a month to look at it which is puterate especially if you have been sitting with no money since 27th of march 2020 so they actually think nothing of you the assesor also did not approve my claim i have now app**** again last week 10th dec 2020 and im awaiting my answer
