No UIF Ters funds received

It's now 2 months and still awaiting a reply on my UIF Ters money. The website shows that payment was made, but neither me nor my employer received any funds. I called numerous times and even emailed the UIF. Can I please get some answers and my money. I believe I'm not the only one that did not receive funds, please, we need to eat.
