No UIF payments received after 9months since applying - despite paying UIF for 20years

I have paid UIF for 20years and am unemployed since June 2021. All docs were submitted online in July last year. Callcenter confirms all docs were complete. To date no payment. Yesterday I receive the info from call center that there was no pay and it is now being RE-ASSESSED. How is this possible if everything received has been signed off and I have already been waiting for 9months?

I don't know what else to do.
