No UIF payment received

I went to Labour Department (Factoria, Luipaardsvlei) since 03 February 2022 for a payment continuation, but up to now have not received any payment. I have tried to phone them, but they just don't answer their phones, and I have submitted UI.6A documents (too many), but have not yet to date receive any payment for February 2022. I guess next month will be the same problem.
