No UIF Payment in my account for 3 months now

Since June we have been doing online application for UIF benefits and Department of Labour decides to switch off their systems immediately after they suppose to pay my UIF on my account and it's been a month now still waiting for the payment and I'm highly disappointed and 2 weeks back we even got an email from Sars that my case has been finalised and my case number is *** but still no money in my account. I seriously need your investigation towards this matter coz they told me I must come back on the 27th September 2024 to sign for the next payment but still no money in my account.
