No UIF payment after I app**** 3months ago

The most pathetic service , going on my 3rd month with no payment , my family must probably starve to death or I need to start doing bank ******ies as we are not getting jobs in this time ,I have emailed countless times and still no response when you call they give you the same useless email addresses that give auto response with no clear indicaftion of payment . no sms or emails explaining procedure if they have a backlog . I have no money to go to the labour department to waste my time with the same inconclusive answers. I swear I am going to lose my **** with these ****ing goverment departments no one has a sense of urgency as to process nor do they take ownership for delays with no respnse. No separate departments to deal with normal uif and TERS . totally ****ing pathetic
