No uif payment

I have registered a unemployment claim in endApril 2022. The accessor stated on my ufiling accessor completed on 31 may 2022. But i have not received any payment nor feedback. I am calling uif every second day on *** already all answer I get is that they will escalate my quiry for approval. And nothing further. I tried contacting *** /0****4383 but no answer. I have no income since end March when the company I worked for closed down.. Uif was deducted from my salary since 2015 when I started working there. Now that I without income. Now that I registered for unemployment claim. I don't get any help. I would appreciate a answer on when I will be receiving my first payment. I need a sate
