No UIF Payment

I have been waiting for my UIF to be paid out for 3 years. When I app**** online in June 2020 they did not mention that I needed to submit documents. I only found out in Dec 2020. I sent them all the documents they needed and I am still waiting. On the odd occasion that I do get hold of someone on the phone, they keep telling me they have escalated it and that's all they can do. They have been escalating it for 2 years already.
