NO UIF PAYMENT

I app**** for UIF payout which was approved on May 2015.I have to submit the form on the 8th of each month and the money is paid to my account within 3 days. I received it in June and July and I went again on 08/08/15 to submit the form as usual and I didn't receive the payment within that 3 days. I then went back on 11/08/2015 to inquire and I was told they are experiencing a backlog and the money will be on my account the following week. I haven't received it and now its 21/08/2015.This is really stressful as we rely on this money since we are unemployed. And the queue we have to stand in just to submit the form is ridiculous.<br> Imagine standing on the same queue just to ask why didn't you get paid?<br> I would like to know what kind of a backlog is this that causes people not to get paid for so many days?<br>
