No uif payment 11 months

App**** in Feb 2022 already. All docs accepted and correct. Phoning weekly and they keep on escalating. Getting more mails. Promising they are investigating, but nothing happens. Pleading with them as I have not recieved one payment yet. At my wit's end!!!!!
