no uif in 3 months received

I went in already in december, my forms was incorrect and I had to go back to work to get new forms. I gave in all my forms the same day.. I'm still waiting for them to correct it on the system and no one is helping every time I phone they say they will change. But its empty promses.. Because of them not changing the things on the system and not paying me I was put out of my house.. Please help
