no uif 7 monts waiting

Please assist My wife was retrenchment 10 Sept 2021 She paid her UIF every month with employer also contributing.

It Has been 7 months,14 plus emails and 31 phone calls already..Every phone call they say that your query has been escalated for payment Everytime a story of the paymaster that needs to release the payments. They sent a mail on 6 December 2021 which stated that the payment has been approved and that UIF will be paid in 5 working days.Still today 25 March 2022 no payment

We struggle to pay our dept.Out water and light bills is in arrears with R19000 at local Govan Mbeki Minusipality .We have two children that needs to be fed and school fees also behind. Me as the father work to jobs at this stage .it take a lot of stress on me.I am diabetic as well and my 15 year old daughter also..Medical accounts in arrears......the list goes on

Its very hard to keep up with this continuous fight.
