No structure and service delivery poor

I visited the dept yesterday morning at 07h00am an was attend to at 10h00am. There are 3 sections of approx 100 people per section. There are 4 client representatives servicing close to 300 people. Two people go on a break with no one to relieve them, leaving frustrated people waiting in a massive queue. If there is load shedding people have wasted practically their whole day as there is no UPS to provide backup power to the computers. Please add 6 more staff(matriculates job seekers), give each rep a laptop with wifi. Install a UPS with 3 hour stand bye time and you will alleviate a huge frustration. Add a numbering system to illuminate a frustrating and confusing queueing system made up by painfully slow front line staff and a security gaurd. We as tax payers work hard and our UIF is payed on time. When it's time to get OUR money, we have to wait 8 weeks for a payment and have to sit in 3-4 hour queues to get a 5 minute service. This is so unfair and typical of government's lack of effective administration. It costs the government very little to improve service delivery in this department. Why is it so pathetic and third world??? I canimprove their workflow in a week!!
