No Social distancing and poor service

I went to the department of Labour Alberton city to submit my maternity uif form. I was with my 4 months old daughter as I had no one to look after her. When I got there, there was no social distancing but the customers were kind enough to let me go to the front. I managed to struggle through the crowd and when I eventually got to the front, the lady who works there, refused to prioritize me. I mentioned that I don't want to be there for too long since there's no social distancing and I'm carrying a baby and that I'm only dropping my forms.

She continued with other customers and refused to assist me. I left there without being assisted.
