No service provided

Good day I was let go at my employer and submitted my UIF claim on the 17/8/2015 apon which I had received no response then I submitted another claim on the 12/09/2015 and my status on Ufiling is still sent to Assessor from the 12/9/2015, thus it appears that no one has worked on my request since 17/8/2015. I paid my UIF every month for the last 10 years so why are they NOT paying me now that I'm unemployed and do qualify for UIF?? further more when I call the call center for help I held on for 40minutes and did not get to an consultant and been unemployed for two months so I can afford a telephone cost for 40 minutes.
