No service, No payment

TOTALLY Disgusted, can’t even comment on the level of service as I have recieved NONE, I have submitted all my required documentation for maternity benefits in NOVEMBER I have returned to work in February as of yet I have received no feedback after the sms was communicated that I will her contacted after 35 days. I have attempted to contact the department daily however their phones just ring this I find so weird it’s either they are so freakin lazy they refuse to answer calls or their lines aren’t working but then again I called different branches so im going with freakin lazy!!!

I am not able to get a day off work to go and waste my time at their offices , Could I Please get somebody feedback regarding my claim I am entitled to thins benefit . Case no| ***
