no service bad service

They told me to come to there offices on 30/12/2015 to sign for UIF. I arrived to find a note on the gate saying they closed till 04 01 2016. I have allready gone back 3times before them failing to get all my documents sorted or approved the current government is failing us doors close on there command whis service should run as a proper company and not close
