No service, ****** attitude,No willingness to do there job.

I whent to Middleburg Mpumalanga UIF offices on the 02 June 2025 with all the necessary documents. The lady who assisted me confirm all the documents is in order and she scanned it into the system. She also sed she registered me.I have 2 waite to see if my application is been approved.
After 2 weeks nothing happened. I call the call center and they told me that I was not been registered. So I registered online.Then I call again and they told me that my application has been declined because I app**** 12 months to late.
Because on there system it shows Sasol N3 Truck Stop that I work for in May 2024.They told me there is not information on the system of Underberg Dairy. But when I lock in online the information of Underberg Dairy show on the system.
So I worked for Underberg Dairy from 06 January 2025 up to 17 April 2025 .Now they keep on saying my application has been declined because I app**** 12 months to late.
They hang the phone up 6 times if you call the call center .They ignore my emails now for 5 days.They refused to help me at Middleburg Mpumalanga UIF offices. So I get the feeling it's a ****** thing. The manager at Middleburg Mpumalanga UIF offices is so arrogant and ******. Its now almost 3 months i am struggling to get my UIF money.I am unemployed no income.Nobody to support me financially. I need to pay my rent.Other wise I will end up on the street. Its raily bad service. Where can I go to lay i complaint regarding poor ****** service. Not capable to know how to update the system. Or just to laysie to work but if they don't get paid they strike. We are now 31 years a democratic country with equal rights. But still there is ****** issues. Where is our country going. No one cares. Where will your children work if you keep on messing up this beautiful country of us
