0% service. Rude emplooyes who just do not want to assist you. The complaints department seem to not exist at all. Batling 5months for my claim now and no one is wiling to give feedback. Geting hold of a supervisor is inposible. Everyday i get promised that one will call back but to date nothing. And Nelspruit ofice refuse to assist att all and send me out saying everything must be done via u-filing. All employers and emplooyes must refuse to pay/deduct uif and let this CANCER ROTTEN GOVERMENT feel it in thier fee ***gy bank from hard honest paying public members. Who else can assist me in getting my funds?
