No service at all, it's not even bad, I really need to escalate this, Crying for help!!!!

I am actually gatvol wth the Lobour Dept, I have been wating fr my UIF since Jan 17th till to date,Each time you enquiry the payment date, thre is always an excuse of forms not been completed correctly or dates not matching, I have been the doing ths excercise wth no luck Than I logged a call wth the so called call centre, the response I recieved was rediculous, I got a Ref nmber but msg stating there is no turnaround I'm still waiting for feedback. This is a joke, 5mnths waiting fr cc responds The dept has employed Bums just sitting thre nd getting fat from a loyal tax payer nd contributor of UIF, what other resources does one have to logg a complain,thre is absolutely no service at all
