No service at al

The worst service ever maternity claim has been submitted on the 13th of July 2022 and up until now no result everytime you contact the contact centre they just say is been sent to assesor but no results what so ever when you ask to speak to a manager or taem leader they are always in meetings. How is a mother suppose to care for her newborn if she doesn't get her uif claim????????????
