No Service

It's been half a year now s8nce I app**** for my maternity benefit and I haven't received one payment. Process 'sent to paymaster' since 24 August, so going for two months, and the turnaround time thereof is supposed tk be 10 days. Pathetic, or shall I say, NO service.
